Purchases above £30 are free of Royal Mail 2nd class postage and packing in UK (not including Channel Islands). Purchases under £30 will still be sent by 2nd Class and are subject to postage & packing charges of £2.95.
Making a Purchase outside of the UK Back to Top
Yarnloft accepts orders from all countries outside of the UK. Please email us your yarn requirements and delivery address.
When orders are received from outside of UK, we will email the customer separately with accurate Shipping charges. A PayPal invoice will be issued for any additional shipping charges. Orders will be dispatched upon settlement of any additional Shipping charges.

Subject to your payment being received, orders are despatched within 5 to 7 working days. When items are not in stock, you will be contacted by Yarn Loft to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with the order. You will not be charged any extra delivery costs, if items ordered are delivered separately within the UK (not including Channel Islands). All other orders to EU countries and overseas the above Shipping and Handling charges will apply to complete and part fulfilled orders.
All orders are despatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class service. Orders within UK should arrive 2 to 3 days from being despatched. Orders from outside the UK are despatched using Airmail Small Packets service. Delivery to EU countries should arrive within 3 days of despatch. Delivery to the rest of the world should arrive within 5 days of despatch.
Damaged or Faulty Goods Back to Top
If you should receive goods damaged in the post, please notify us within 7 days and we will replace the order as soon as the damaged goods are returned to us, as per our policy in Cancellation, Exchanges and Returns.

You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to return your purchase, you should contact Yarn Loft. We will refund payment within 7 days of receipt of the goods by Yarn Loft, provided they are returned in an unused, unopened and in saleable condition.
When returning goods, please ensure they are carefully wrapped, to prevent damage in transit and enclose your name and address, a copy of your order/invoice. We advise you to return goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Costs of returning goods will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit.

Whilst every effort is made in the preparation of images in this site, no responsibility can be taken for the colour display settings on viewers' computer screens.
Yarn Loft does not disclose your personal information. We share only relevant data with agents such as credit card clearing service agents or credit research agencies so that order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
