How Can I Pay For My Order?

We accept PayPal as a main source of payment or alternatively you can call us to make an order on 07825 702433.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you order with us before 3 pm we aim to get all orders sent out the same day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to any country in the world.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible, if it has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us when it arrives.

How do I return a faulty item?

If your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Is the colour of yarn listed on the website the exact colour which I will receive?

Every effort is made to ensure that products are as close as a colour match as possible, please note it may vary on the device you are using to view the webpage.

Can I add extra items once I have made an order?

Yes please contact us as soon as possible so we can amend the order for you.

How much is postage?

All standard UK parcels are £3.20. If you spend £40 or over UK postage is free. For all overseas orders please contact us for shipping costs.

What if my order is incorrect?

Please contact us straight away to resolve this. You must contact us within 7 days to resolve an incorrect order.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please contact us asap and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note Royal Mail do not consider a parcel missing until 10 working days.

What currency can I pay in?

As we are a UK based company all of our payments are taken in pounds/sterling if you are outside of the UK your bank/credit card company will convert this into your local currency.
