Ribblehead – Alison Moreton
The design for this beautiful cardigan is inspired by the Ribblehead viaduct with the view of the landscape framed by the archers of the viaduct. The soft halo of Titus is used to create a gradient of hills and sunset sky, applied to the collar and cuffs of a close fitting yoked cardigan. Worked in a modified slipped stitch colourwork technique, only one colour is used in each row. An alternative option uses a single strand of Dovestone in one colour instead of the double strand of Titus.
